Scholarship Applications Due

Attention Veterans: University of Arkansas scholarship applications for next school year are due January 31, 2019. To qualify for the Home for Dinner Scholarship program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Arkansas resident

  • 2.0 GPA minimum

  • Be either a Veteran of the US Military, on Active Duty, or in the National Guard or Reserves

  • Have 75-100% enrollment (9 credit hours minimum for undergrads)

Beth Hickman

Beth is a local dance instructor who founded Home For Dinner after she was inspired by her father's military service during WWII. What began as regular volunteering at the VA became more as she sought a simple way to show gratitude to the men and women of the US Armed Forces who have served and continue to serve today.
