Gift Card Giveaway

Program Details

If you are a U.S. Veteran currently residing in Benton County or Washington County, we wish to offer you a restaurant gift card* in gratitude for your military service. If you have not received a card from us before, please come to the following location Monday – Friday, between 9am – 4pm and fill out a request form. Your card will be mailed to you in 2-4 weeks.

We will also have special distribution events throughout the year, which you can find on our event page.

Please bring these three items with you to show proof of identity, service, and local residence.

  • Valid Arkansas Driver’s License or state-issued ID Card

  • DD 214 or active duty service card (retirement card also accepted)

  • Proof of residency in Benton or Washington County (water bill, electric bill, voter ID card, etc.)

*Gift cards provided by Home For Dinner, Inc. valued at the amount of $50.00 U.S. Dollars. Redeemable at participating locations found here(coming soon). Redeemer of card responsible for any fees or costs incurred over the amount of $50.
